Tom Harvey is a State Certified Contractor that has been a resident of the Orlando area for over 35 years. He entered the construction market while in college and began by working for a custom cabinet company and expanded to form and operate several framing and trim crews throughout Central Florida. |
- 1. Meet with the builder and bring a rough set of drawings or request the name of an architect from us. There are several we work with.
- 2. Discuss your budget and your wish list for the home.
- 3. Take prints back to the architect and finalize the drawings.
- 4. Get estimated cost of construction from the builder.
- 5. Draw up and sign contracts and any other documents that may be needed if there is a lender involved.
- 6. Pull permits and start contruction of your dream home.
